NU Chemical Engineering Lab
Student Research Projects
MBP students undergo rigorous research training (at least 1000 total hours) in a research preceptor’s laboratory. Research projects are available in the areas of life sciences, biological engineering, biotechnology, biomedical engineering, biomaterials sciences, and clinical research.
Students are evaluated via quarterly written progress reports and peer-reviewed oral presentations similar to those conducted in industry. A final report modeled after a technical journal article is presented in lieu of a thesis.
Discover what types of projects our current students are working on. You can also learn more about ongoing NU research by checking out our list of preceptors.
