Industrial Advisory Board
The Industrial Advisory Board is composed of scientific and business leaders from major biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. The board guides the MBP in academic and administrative matters in the following ways:
- Enhancing curricula to reflect contemporary business and society biotechnology needs
- Fostering links with the biotechnology community
- Ensuring curriculum excellence through outcomes assessment
- Identifying training needs in research
- Plans for expanded educational activities
Our annual Board meeting serves as the main forum for program review and deliberation. The meeting also provides the opportunity for current students to present their research to the board, network, and express their opinions about the program anonymously.
